The practice

One physician, and thirty years of learning what actually holds.

Most care waits for a problem with a name. This one starts earlier — with how your body is actually running, measured properly, while there's still room to change it.

I'm an osteopathic physician, which means I was trained to treat a whole person rather than a complaint. Before medicine I was a personal trainer and a yoga instructor. I still train hard — five or six days a week, and I have for decades.

So when we talk about your sleep, your energy, your strength or how long it takes you to recover, I'm not reading it off a chart. I've spent a long time learning which plans people actually keep, and which ones look sensible on paper and fall apart in a real week.

I've been running Strive to Thrive for more than five years. It exists because the things that decide how your next thirty years go get decided quietly, years earlier — and almost never in a hospital.

How I work

  • Measure properly. Then read the result against your history — not against an average of people who aren't you.
  • Change one thing at a time. It's the only way either of us learns what actually worked.
  • Nothing gets recommended because it's having a moment. If the evidence is thin, you'll be told it's thin.
  • An hour is an hour. Unhurried visits, and a direct line to me in between — not a ticket in a queue.
  • If we're not the right fit, you'll hear that too. That's a better outcome than a plan you won't follow.
