Thrive

We listen. We restore. You thrive.

Thrive is the programme inside the practice. It isn't a protocol you're put on — it's a state you work back toward, driven by what you tell us and what your body shows us, one change at a time.

Listen

A full hour, your labs, your wearables, and what you actually say about how you feel and what you want back. Out of it come two things you keep: a Thrive Score for each of the seven drivers, and a Thrive Map that shows what's moving each one.

Restore

Aging is drift, not destiny — and most drift can be corrected back toward your own baseline. We subtract before we add, put foundations before prescriptions, and every addition earns its keep: a named driver it's meant to move, a date we check it, and a rule for when it stops.

Thrive

Measured, not asserted. The Map tracks what moved. A short quarterly check-in asks how you're actually doing. And once a year we evaluate properly again and reset the plan — because a body that has changed needs a plan that has too.

Subtract before we add. Foundations before prescriptions. Every addition earns its keep.

The ladder

Where a change starts depends on what the map shows — not on what's in fashion.

Every plan climbs the same ladder, from the bottom. Quantified risk can jump a rung. Optimization never does.

1 · Subtract

What's in the way comes out first: the habit, the interaction, the supplement doing nothing, the sleep debt. Often the biggest gain on the whole ladder, and it costs nothing.

2 · Foundations

Training, protein, sleep, light, stress and recovery — set up properly and measured, not assumed. Nothing above this rung works well without it.

3 · Restore

Correcting a driver that has drifted — a hormone, a metabolic signal, a recovery rhythm — back toward your own baseline, with a target and a date.

4 · Optimize

Beyond normal, toward your best: the tools with the strongest evidence for people who already have the foundations in place.

5 · Frontier

Newer tools with thinner evidence. Offered only with a full, plain-language consent, tracked in our own registry from the first patient — because that's what honest use of a new tool looks like.

The tools inside it

Training and nutrition. Supplements. Metabolic, hormonal and peptide therapy. Sexual health. Sleep and recovery. Chosen by what the map shows, never by what's being talked about this month — no one instrument is the programme.

What's included

What you're actually getting.

  • A Comprehensive Evaluation. One full, unhurried hour with the physician, built on the Health & Wellness Profile you complete beforehand so the hour belongs to you.
  • Your Thrive Score and Thrive Map. Seven drivers, each scored from your labs, your wearables and your own words — and re-scored as the plan moves.
  • A written plan you can read. For each driver: your levers first, then what's being added, then how we'll measure it. Plain language, one change at a time.
  • A visit summary after every visit. What we found, what we're doing, and why — in writing, so nothing lives only in memory.
  • A direct line between visits. Questions go to the physician, not a queue. Small decisions are made between visits and documented — and never billed.
  • The quarterly Pulse. A short check-in that asks how you're doing, so drift gets caught early rather than at next year's evaluation.
  • Follow-up Evaluations when the plan changes. And a full evaluation again each year to reset it.
  • Supplements and prescriptions when they earn their place. Curated through a physician dispensary, or prescribed and billed at delivered cost plus a care fee. What it costs →
Plainly

What this is, who it's for, and what it isn't.

What it is

Physician care for the years nothing is wrong yet.

A proper evaluation, a map of how you're running, and a plan that changes one thing at a time and measures whether it worked. Honest about the evidence, including when it's thin.

Who it's for

People who want the next thirty years to be strong ones.

Doing the right things and still running on empty. Recovering slower than you used to. Or simply wanting to look and feel better than you do — that's reason enough.

What it isn't

A menu, a subscription, or a shortcut.

Nothing is prescribed because you asked for it by name or because it's trending. It isn't emergency care, and it doesn't replace the doctor who manages an established illness. If we're not the right fit, you'll be told so plainly.
